About Me

Greetings and welcome to my site.

I am not a mental health professional or an expert with a formal education in psychology. However, I spent a fair bit of time studying and practicing psychology on my own. I’m constantly working on my own psychology and trying to improve my own mental health.

Anybody who’s ever had a problem with Anger or Depression or Anxiety knows just how difficult those types of emotions actually are. Those emotions can have a really strong control over people. They can’t just quickly “get over it” or “snap out of it”. Mental health problems like those take a huge amount of effort to overcome.

Those psychological problems usually continue growing and developing and just getting worse. They end up complicating people’s lives and leaving them to suffer.

There’s so much about our behavior that we just accept and take for granted. We usually don’t stop to question why it’s there or how it was developed. We just accept these things as who we are, like our identity, and just leave it at that. We’ve probably never considered the idea of trying to understand these behaviors in order to control them or even change them.

That is what my blog is all about. I’m going to share my take on how to overcome some common difficult emotions and psychological problems. As I continue to learn and grow, I will share all of the discoveries and lessons I’ve learned from working on my own psychology.
